The narrow-long plot of land between the railway line and the sea became a completely different place, first because it lost its sea due to the filling area, and then for some incomprehensible reason it lost its train. The trees in the plot became the most important determinant. Since we pushed the building close to the building approach boundary within the zoning regulations, the structure resembles a perforated gruyere slice with holes created by the trees inside the thin/long rectangle. There are 13 completely different apartments in the building. The garage on the basement floor and the pool and terrace on the roof form the common areas.
